How much protein does one ball pack?

There are 3 grams of plant-based protein in each protein ball.

How many should I eat at once?

This is entirely up to you. We made this product to fit your nutritional needs, which gives you the power to pick your portion. Whether it’s 1, 2, or 3, there is no right answer. Only stronger snacking!

Are these more convenient than other protein snacks?

Absolutely. We don’t believe in snacks that are “one-size-fits-all” or wasting food! All of our flavors come in resealable bags and can easily be saved for later.

What’s the shelf life of protein ball packs?

They are good for 8 months sealed, and we recommend finishing them in a week once you open them! (No judgement here if you finish in one sitting).

Are they kid-friendly?

Of course! Picky eaters will love the taste, and parents will love that their kids can pronounce all the clean ingredients.

Do I need to keep them in the fridge?

Nope! You don’t have to store your protein balls in the fridge, but they are tasty cold. (Especially the chocolate ones!) They can be kept at room temperature and can be taken with you to keep you fueled throughout your day.

If I don’t eat them in one sitting (which I just might), where do I store them?

Wherever you need them. Your car, desk, gym bag. You get it. They all come in resealable bags, so don’t worry about them losing their fresh taste.


What are the ingredients you avoid putting in your protein balls?

We believe that what we leave out of our protein balls is just as important as what we put in them. We never use any artificial preservatives, flavorings, chemicals or dyes. We also do not use gums (ex. Xanthan gum) or any other binders in our protein balls.  

Do you use sugar alcohols or stevia to sweeten your protein balls?

We do not use sugar alcohols (ex. erythritol, xylitol) or stevia to sweeten our protein balls. The sweetness you taste in our products primarily comes from plant-powered sources: dates (aka nature’s candy!) and a touch of agave.

Do they all contain peanuts?

All of our flavors contain peanuts except Maple Dark Chocolate Sea Salt. We make this one with sunflower seed butter instead! (However it is made in a facility that handles peanuts.)

How much sugar do they have?

There are 3 grams of sugar in each protein ball. The sweetness you taste primarily comes from the dates we use (aka nature’s candy!) and a touch of agave. All of our flavors are also low glycemic index (GI).

Are they all Gluten, Dairy, and Soy free?

You bet! No gluten, dairy, or soy in any of our flavors.

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

We currently ship anywhere within the US and also to Canada!

What is your return policy?

We’ve extensively taste-tested our recipes to make sure our protein balls are insanely delicious, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us and we will happily refund you!

How much does shipping cost?

We try our best to help with shipping costs. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $40. For orders under $40, we charge a flat rate of $5. Additional shipping will be applied for orders shipped to Canada.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our number one priority is getting your protein balls to you asap! If there is an error with your order, please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to reach our team is by emailing hello@proteinpowerball.com or call 1-855-444-5000


Should I wait to subscribe until after I've tried Protein Power Ball?

No need to wait on scoring some amazing savings (and snacks!). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can easily cancel your subscription and we will refund your money!

How do I cancel my subscription?
  • Log in to your account to cancel your subscription.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Scroll down on the subscription page and click Cancel subscription.
  • Select a cancellation reason and click Proceed.
How do I edit my subscription?
  • Log in to your account to modify your subscription.
  • Choose the order you wish to modify.
  • Update your order and continue.
Can I skip upcoming order?
  • Log in to your account to skip a delivery.
  • Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
  • Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip.
  • If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.
How do I update my shipping address?
  • Log in to your account to update your shipping address.
  • Click the Shipping addresses tab to show all of your shipping addresses.
  • Select the shipping address you want to update or click Add new shipping address to enter a new address.
  • Follow the prompts to update or create a new address.
Can I update my payment information?
  • Log in to your account to update your billing information.
  • Click the Billing Information tab to see the current payment method and billing address.
  • Click on the Billing address to update your billing information and email address, or click on the Card on file to update your payment method.
