Strawberry Smoothie Bites

Berry sweet & oh-so-tasty! These Strawberry Smoothie Bites are the perfect Valentine’s Day treat—fruity, creamy, and packed with goodness!

 

Strawberry Smoothie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Cinnamon Bun Protein Balls
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Beet powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

  • Press 1 protein ball into the bottom of each muffin cup liner.
  • Blend banana, strawberries, chia seeds, and yogurt. Pour evenly into each muffin cup and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Melt white chocolate with coconut oil, then stir in beet powder to make it pink. Drizzle on top of each smoothie bite. Freeze for another 20 minutes and enjoy!
