Pumpkin Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2 Oopsie PB Cup White Chocolate protein balls
  • - ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. agave
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the protein balls) until smooth and pour in a greased bowl (microwave/oven safe).
  2. Crumble the protein balls on top.
  3. Bake for either 25 minutes at 350 F or microwave for 2-3 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
