Peppermint Bark Frozen Yogurt Cups

Cool, creamy, and perfectly minty, these non-dairy Peppermint Bark Yogurt Cups are quick and easy. The perfect holiday dessert with better-for-you ingredients!

Peppermint Bark frozen yogurt cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non-dairy yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 crushed candy cane
  • 1 bag Peppermint Bark protein balls

Directions:

  1. Press the protein balls into a muffin pan to create the cup. 
  2. Mix the yogurt, cacao powder, and nut butter in a bowl until well combined. 
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the protein ball cups. Top with chocolate chips and candy cane crumbles. Freeze for at least 2 hours. 
  4. Sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy!
