PB&J Chia Seed Pudding with Peanut Butter Crunch protein balls

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Mix together chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup in a jar or bowl. Refrigerate overnight or until thick. 
  2. Whip together the peanut butter and yogurt. Pour on top of yogurt.
  3. Top with strawberries and crumbled protein balls, then enjoy!
