Lemon Raspberry Yogurt Bark

A blend of tangy lemon and sweet raspberries for a delightful treat that's as refreshing as it is satisfying.



  • 4 Lemon Coconut Protein Balls
  • 1 cup Lemon Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest


Line a muffin tin and flatten out one protein ball in each. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for one minute. Pour enough in each so it completely covers the protein ball base. Add some fun sprinkles and put in the freezer for 30 mins to harden. Enjoy!
