Hot Chocolate Pancakes

The ultimate winter breakfast made with our Brownie Batter protein balls for that extra chocolatey, protein-packed boost. Perfect for cozy mornings this Holiday season!

Hot Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Crumbled Brownie Batter Protein Balls
  • 1 cup pancake mix (try Birch Benders!)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • Coconut oil
  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together pancake mix, protein powder, and cacao.
  2. Then mix in milk and greek yogurt until well combined.
  3. Heat a pan to medium-high heat and lightly grease with coconut oil. Scoop a ¼ scoop of mix into the pan, cooking until ready to flip.
  4. Finish cooking all the pancakes, then transfer to plates. Top with whipped cream, maple syrup, and crumbled protein balls, then enjoy!
