Chocolate Mousse Brownie Cups

These Mousse Cups are rich, creamy, and secretly packed with protein! They’re the perfect no-bake treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Chocolate  Mousse Brownie Cups

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Press the protein balls into a mini cupcake pan to create the cups
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil. Combine Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, and cacao powder in a bowl and mix until combined. (Quickly, before chocolate hardens) 
  3. Top each cup with mousse and a strawberry slice, then refrigerate for 20 minutes to harden. Top with strawberry slices and enjoy!
