Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

     

Toppings:

Directions:

  1. Blend together coconut milk, blueberries, coconut sugar, and protein powder. 
  2. Pour in a bowl/container and stir in the chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve with blueberries, shredded coconut, and crumbled protein balls. Enjoy!
