If you’re following a plant-based diet and wondering where you can find a bunch of amazing options, look no further than Trader Joe’s! As if we couldn’t love them more, TJ’s is constantly upping their game with a TON of vegan-friendly offerings. Trader Joe’s has turned into my one-stop-shop for all things vegan when it comes to my weekly grocery shopping. The best part is, you can find yummy options for every meal- from plant-based yogurt for breakfast, to quick and easy dinners and everything in between!
Here are some of our favorite vegan finds that you need to add to your shopping list the next time you stop at Trader Joe’s!
A staple for breakfast these days! This has such a yummy flavor and is very filling. It’s basically your classic overnight oats with added almond butter- delicious!
This is perfect if you love yogurt but hate the dairy. It’s made with a cashew base and has a really tasty flavor. The texture is just like regular yogurt too (not too runny). There are a few flavors but my favorite is the Vanilla Bean!
These were a recent find that took me by surprise! I’m already hooked on the Trader Joe’s plantain chips, so when I saw these I knew I had to try them. They are so tasty on a salad and have a really satisfying crunch!
Finding a really good vegan salad dressing can be tricky but these are by far two of the best vegan salad dressings out there! You can find them in the produce section and they need to be kept in the fridge since all the ingredients are super fresh (no preservatives in there). Both of these taste great over a salad or a rice bowl!
This is the perfect tofu to use in a stir-fry and whip up as a quick plant-based lunch or dinner! It’s such an easy way to add protein to any dish (17 grams of protein per serving) and the sriracha flavor gives it a nice kick!
When you’re craving something warm, comforting, but still vegan this Vegan Mac & Cheese checks every single box. It comes pre-made so all you have to do is heat it up in the microwave or stovetop. Add a little hot sauce or buffalo sauce and sprinkle with some extra vegan cheese for an insanely delicious buffalo mac & cheese!
The perfect caramelized onion dip doesn’t exi…OH YES it does! You would never know this is vegan- it tastes just like the regular dip! The worst part about this is trying to hold yourself back from finishing the entire tub :).
A household staple at this point! I love how versatile this cauliflower gnocchi is and it pairs really well with red sauce, pesto, or vegan alfredo! You can find this tasty gem in the freezer section and make sure you grab a few extra bags because it sells out quickly! For soft gnocchi that is crispy on the outside, try sautéing in olive oil until golden brown.
Another freezer favorite that I grab every time. These are packed with flavor and are so easy to whip up as a quick snack or dinner. Just microwave or heat up in a pain with some olive oil and you are good to go!
Trader Joe’s has a pretty impressive drink section and this Vanilla Almond Spiced Chai protein drink is one of my favorites! It has 8 grams of protein per serving (two servings per bottle) and is the perfect grab & go drink to throw in your bag in the morning!
Finally...a delicious vegan chocolate fix! These look like little peanut butter cups but taste even better (in my opinion!). They are so satisfying and perfect when that chocolate craving kicks in!
Trader Joe’s is known for their epic trail mix at this point, and this one does not disappoint! The mixture of almonds, cashews, and dried fruit is a quick and easy snack to keep at your desk or in your pantry!
